How did they let me go?

I did a lot of this while I was there:

That is, I did a lot of sweating and chopping up leaves very finely. It was awesome.
After Nicaragua, I moved back to St. Louis and did some odd jobs. Mostly, I worked on a farm and lifeguarded at a museum. THEN, I got my dream job. Now I study ethnobotany for my most favorite spot in St. Louis. I have traveled to Peru, Madagascar and Wisconsin for work. Work trips look like this:
(Peru)

(Madagascar)

Then I met Joe. And we fell in love. And we tested our love by traveling to Machu Picchu.

When we came home and still could stand each other, we decided to buy a house and get married. After a bit of looking we found the perfect starter house in the city. We closed on this house, named Oscar by a friend, on December 2, 2008.

We had an amazing wedding ceremony in the same awesome place that chose to employ me on June 12, 2009. For June in St. Louis the weather was phenomenal.

The next day our family joined us for an all day party at the alpaca ranch. It was the perfect day. Married life was(is) good.

In July 2010 we found out we were going to be parents! So we sold our city house and bought our forever home in the burbs. It has a huge backyard. It is perfectly suburbalicious.

Our baby girl Ruby Olivia joined us on March 7, 2011.

In summary: We are Joe (who is always wearing a hat) and Alyse (who loves to use parenthesis) plus the newly added Ruby (who really likes the song "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay"). We live in the lovely Saint Louis, Missouri. Don't get creepy and stalk us. You wont see anything more than what I post here anyway.
